- Snickerdoodle: light snickerdoodle spice cake dusted with cinnamon and sugar, topped with brown sugar cinnamon cream cheese frosting.
- Pina Colada: pineapple cake with sweet pina colada buttercream, toasted coconut and a paper umbrella.
